Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy at LEO n LEO

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, so we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Please note the following fees for late cancellations or no-shows:

Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the service cost (manicure, pedicure, or both).
Less than 4 hours' notice: 100% of the service cost.
No-show: 100% of the service cost.

Late Arrival Policy:

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best service experience. Please be aware that arriving late may affect the services we can provide:

Up to 15 minutes late: Your appointment will proceed with a manicure/pedicure and one color polish.
Up to 25 minutes late: We can only provide a manicure/pedicure; gel polish will not be applied.
More than 30 minutes late: If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment entirely. This will be treated as a "No Show," and you will be charged 100% of the service cost.


Short-Notice Appointments:

For appointments made within 24 hours, we ask that you provide at least 6 hours' notice if you need to cancel. Failure to do so will result in the following charges:

Canceling with less than 6 hours' notice: 100% of the service cost (manicure, pedicure, or both).
Canceling with 6 or more hours' notice: 50% of the service cost.


24-Hour Cancellation Policy:

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with our strict 24-hour cancellation policy. When appointments are missed or canceled without sufficient notice, we lose the opportunity to serve other clients, including those on our waiting list.

Refund policy at LEO n LEO


All services are non-refundable once completed

We encourage clients to reach out to customer service with any feedback or inquiries regarding the service received. Please note that gift cards and packages are also non-refundable.

No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds once your service is completed. By leaving the salon, you are confirming your satisfaction with the service provided.

Prompt Communication: If you're not completely happy with your nails, please inform us before making payment. We are dedicated to making adjustments to ensure your satisfaction, or, if needed, removing any enhancements or coatings applied.

No Refunds for Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued simply for a change of mind.


Customer Complaint Procedure: If, after we have redone your nails, you are still dissatisfied and wish to request a refund, we ask that you follow our Customer Complaint Procedure. This includes submitting a written explanation of your dissatisfaction after the redo, along with photographic evidence of the nails that were fixed


LEO n LEO Complimentary (Free) Fix Policy

Please send a photo of your nails to our customer service team as soon as chipping occurs. We offer a complimentary fix within 7 days for gel manicures and pedicures.
