To ensure we provide the best service possible, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:
Chemical Allergies:
If you have any allergies to chemicals or substances, please inform our staff before your service begins. This allows us to tailor the experience to your needs and ensure your safety.
Feedback During Service:
We encourage you to share your thoughts and feedback throughout your service. Your input helps us address your needs right away and ensures you're fully satisfied with the result.
Immediate Concerns:
If you have any concerns about the salon, staff, or the service you're receiving, please let us know immediately. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and addressing issues promptly helps us improve your experience.
Infections or Abnormal Reactions:
If you notice any signs of infection or experience unusual reactions regarding your nails, please inform our staff or salon manager right away. Your health and well-being are our primary concern.
Color and Nail Shape Selection:
Once you've selected a color and confirmed your preferred nail shape, we will proceed based on those choices. Please note that the color and shape you select are your responsibility. While we do our best to ensure accurate representation, variations in color may occur, particularly under natural light.
To ensure you're completely satisfied, we offer a brief period for color corrections. If you notice any discrepancies in color perception, you may request a correction within 24 hours of your manicure.

Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee availability within 24 hours.
Requests for corrections made after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.
Guarantee and Nail Care:
Your nails are delicate and deserve to be treated with care. Please remember, they are jewels, not tools, and with proper attention, they will stay beautiful long after your service.
- Gel Polish Manicures are guaranteed for 5 days after your appointment.
Enhancement Services are guaranteed for 7 days.
If you notice any chips or lifting within this period, please contact us right away to schedule a free repair using the original color of your service. To take advantage of this repair, it’s important to book your appointment within 5 days of the original service.
- After the guarantee period, any repairs needed due to breakages, tears, or corner breaks will incur additional charges.
For your safety, please note that while we take great care in thoroughly disinfecting our tools and equipment, we cannot be held responsible for any infections that may occur. Our tools will always be available for your inspection.
